Tosalet is one of the oldest urbanisations in Javea and in its early days was a popular area for Spain’s rich and famous. With spacious plots and many perfectly flat, the area is very close to the beach and all amenities such as supermarkets, pharmacy and school, and this particular urbanisation benefits from 24hr security patrols and maintenance of all public areas, there is a small charge per annum for this service. The main Arenal beach is just a short drive and from some Tosalet areas it is easily possible to walk to the beach at Cala Blanca.
