Property in Javea Old Town generally consists of apartments and townhouses, although on the outskirts of the town you will find more traditional villas. Many of the apartment blocks are older types without lifts and parking, so this must be a consideration when buying a property.

The Old Town has everything to offer and has a very special Spanish feel which becomes vibrant, especially in the summer months. Property here can be deceiving, from the street you may only see a single entrance door, but once inside you realise just how big some of these properties really are.
