Cuesta San Antonio History
The area of San Antonio forms part of the Montgo National Park and it´s main focal point is the working lighthouse which dates back to 1855 and is still in operation today. It was in the 14th century that Hieronymite monks decided to settle in caves just below the Cuesta San Antonio and these became known as the Holy Caves.
